New Issue: Peru prices S/. 10 billion 6.15% 15-year notes at 99.9954

New York, July 18 – Peru has priced S/. 10 billion 6.15% notes due Aug. 12, 2032 at 99.9954 to yield 6.15%, according to a syndicate source.
The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes (expected ratings: A3/A-/A-) were sold via global coordinators and bookrunners BNP Paribas, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., BofA Merrill Lynch, and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc.
Proceeds are expected to be used to manage the sovereign’s external liabilities.
