By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Oct. 30 – Peru set talk in the 6% area for a benchmark-sized offering of dollar-denominated notes due in August 2024, a market source said.

BBVA, BofA Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used for general budgetary purposes.

The notes are expected to price on Thursday and settle on Nov. 7.
