Fitch rates Perusahaan Listrik Negara notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an expected BBB rating to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN)’s proposed dollar-denominated notes.

The notes carry the same rating as the company, because they will be direct, unconditional, unsubordinated obligations of the company.

Indonesia, which is rated BBB, owns the company.
