New Issue: Perusahaan Listrik Negara sells $1.4 billion notes due 2029, 2049

Los Angeles, July 17 – Indonesia’s Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara issued $700 million of 3 7/8% notes due 2029 and $700 million of 4 7/8% notes due 2049, according to notices.
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd., BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Mandiri Securities Pte. Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank, PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT BNI Sekuritas and PT Danareksa Sekuritas are the lead managers and bookrunners.
PLN is electric company owned by the Indonesian government and is based in Jakarta.
