Indonesia's PLN to roadshow dollar-denominated notes via Barclays, UBS

Atlanta, Oct. 22 - Indonesia's PLN (Ba2/BB-/) plans to roadshow a dollar-denominated issue the week of Oct. 26, according to a market source.

Barclays and UBS are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to fund capital expenditure requirements for general corporate purposes and for transmission and distribution construction projects

PLN is a Jakarta-based state-owned electricity utility and a subsidiary of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara.
