New Issue: Indonesia's Persero prices $1.35 billion 5 1/8% 10-year notes to yield 5¼%

Atlanta, May 13 - Indonesia's PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (Persero) Tbk. sold $1.35 billion 5 1/8% 10-year notes (expected ratings: Baa3/BB+/BBB-) at 99.037 to yield 5¼%, or Treasuries plus 259.4 basis points, a market source said.
ANZ Banking Group, JPMorgan and Standard Chartered Bank were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Persero is a Jakarta-based distributor and transmitter of natural gas.
