Indonesia’s Pertamina plans dollar-denominated 30-year notes

New York, Oct. 31 – PT Pertamina (Persero) plans to sell dollar-denominated 30-year senior unsecured notes (expected ratings: Baa2/BBB-) under its $10 billion global medium-term note program, according to an update from the company on Wednesday.

BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, HSBC, Mandiri Securities Pte Ltd. And Standard Chartered Bank are bookrunners of the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

Pertamina is a state-owned oil and gas company based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
