New Issue: Indonesia’s Pertamina sells $1.9 billion senior notes due 2026, 2031

Los Angeles, Feb. 9 – PT Pertamina (Persero) issued $1 billion of 1.4% senior notes due 2026 and $900 million of 2.3% senior notes due 2031 on Tuesday, according to notices.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole CIB, Mandiri Securities Pte. Ltd., MUFG Securities Asia Ltd., SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Ltd. and Societe Generale are joint lead managers and joint bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A notes (Baa2//BBB).

The state-owned oil and gas company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
