Moody’s assigns Pertamina notes Baa2

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa2 rating to the proposed senior unsecured U.S. dollar notes to be issued by PT Pertamina (Persero).

The notes will be issued under Pertamina’s global medium-term note program, which Moody’s rates (P)Baa2.

The proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditure and for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
