Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 13 – PT Pertamina priced $650 million of 3.1% senior notes due 2030 and $800 million of 4.15% senior notes due 2060 on Thursday, according to a news release.
The offering was announced earlier Thursday, along with a cash tender offer for any and all of the company’s $1 billion of outstanding 5¼% senior notes due 2021 (Cusips: Y7138AAA8, 69369EAA7).
The tender offer will expire at 5 p.m. ET on Feb. 20.
The issuer is offering a consideration of $1,044.00 per $1,000 principal amount plus accrued interest and plans to use proceeds from the new issue to fund the tender offer.
The state-owned oil and gas company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
