New Issue: Indonesia’s Pertamina sells $1.5 billion senior notes due 2030, 2050

Los Angeles, Jan. 21 – PT Pertamina issued $500 million of 3.1% senior notes due 2030 and $1 billion of 4 1/8% senior notes due 2050 on Tuesday, according to notices.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Mandiri Securities Pte. Ltd and Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A notes.

The state-owned oil and gas company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
