New Issue: Indonesia’s Pertamina sells $1.5 billion notes due 2029, 2049

Los Angeles, July 30 – PT Pertamina issued $750 million of 3.65% senior notes due 2029 and $750 million of 4.7% senior notes due 2049 on Tuesday, according to notices.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp. Ltd., Standard Chartered Bank and Mandiri Securities Pte. Ltd. are joint bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.

The state-owned oil and gas company is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
