Indonesia's Pertamina Persero taps three bookrunners for dollar notes

Atlanta, May 9 - Indonesia's PT Pertamina Persero has mandated Citigroup, Credit Suisse and HSBC for a benchmark-sized issue of dollar-denominated notes, a market source said.

A roadshow for the Rule 144A and Regulation offering will begin May 11.

Pertamina Persero is a Jakarta-based oil and gas company.
