By Christine Van Dusen

Atlanta, Aug. 25 - Indonesia's PT Pertamina has been considering a $1.5 billion bond issue but is delaying any plans until at least first-quarter 2011, a market source said Wednesday.

Credit Suisse and HSBC are the bookrunners for the deal.

Pertamina is a state-owned oil and gas company based in Jakarta.
