New Issue: Pernod Ricard prices $600 million 3.25% 10-year notes at 147 bps over Treasuries

Eureka Springs, Ark., June 1 – Pernod Ricard SA sold $600 million of 3.25% 10-year notes at a 147 basis points spread over Treasuries on Wednesday, a market source said.
The notes (Baa2/BBB-/BBB-) were talked at 150 bps over Treasuries, plus or minus 3 bps.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities, LLC were the lead managers.
Pernod Ricard is a Paris-based wine and spirits producer.
