Fitch affirms Pepco

Fitch Ratings said it has affirmed the BBB issuer default rating of Pepco Holdings, Inc., the BBB+ issuer default ratings of Potomac Electric Power Co. and Delmarva Power and Light Co. and the BBB issuer default rating of Atlantic City Electric Co.

The outlooks are stable.

Pepco's outlook is revised to negative from stable, the agency said, noting that the holdings company's ratings are supported by the cash flows generated by its three regulated transmission and distribution utility subsidiaries, which are expected to provide about 85% to 90% of consolidated earnings.
