PeopleSupport files $100 million shelf

New York, June 30 - PeopleSupport, Inc. registered to sell up to $100 million of securities in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Covered by the shelf are common stock, preferred stock, debt securities and warrants. Securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will go toward general corporate purposes and working capital.

Based in Los Angeles, the company provides business outsourcing services.
