People's United Financial pricing senior notes in Monday's session

New York, Dec. 3 - People's United Financial, Inc. is pricing senior notes (A3/BBB+/) during Monday's session, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call option until three months prior to maturity and a par call after that date.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the bookrunner. Co-managers are Jefferies and Goldman Sachs & Co.
