Fitch changes Sri Lankan banks to stable

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlooks on Sri Lanka-based Bank of Ceylon (B+/stable), National Savings Bank (B+/stable) and People's Leasing & Finance plc (B/stable) to stable from negative and affirmed their long-term issuer default ratings.

The action follows the Feb. 9 outlook revision on Sri Lanka's sovereign rating (B+/stable) to stable from negative.
