Penton Media, Prism merger to close by Feb. 6

New York, Jan. 23 - Penton Media, Inc. said its previously announced merger agreement with Prism Business Media Holdings, Inc. is expected to close on or before Feb. 6.

The Cleveland, Ohio-based business-to-business media company said that more than 93% of stockholders voted in favor of the merger at a special meeting Tuesday.
