Moody’s lifts Penske Canada notes

Moody's Investors Service said it is correcting the ratings on the senior unsecured notes issued by Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. to Baa2 from Baa3.

The notes are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Penske Truck Leasing Co., LP, the agency noted.

Due to an internal administrative error, the ratings on the guaranteed notes were not upgraded in October 2016 when Moody's upgraded Penske Truck Leasing’s senior unsecured debt rating to Baa2 from Baa3.
