Pennsylvania System of Higher Education plans to price $99.4 million refunding revenue bonds March 5

Springdale, Ark., Feb. 28 - The State System of Higher Education plans to price $99.365 million refunding revenue bonds on March 5.

The series AG bonds will price through the Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority, according to a preliminary official statement released Wednesday.

The bonds have maturities from June 15, 2008 through June 15, 2024.

RBC Capital Markets in Philadelphia is the financial advisor.

Proceeds will be used to finance the refunding of series 1997 O education revenue bonds; series 1998 P refunding revenue bonds; and series 1998 Q revenue bonds.
