Pennsylvania REIT's 7.375% notes admitted to begin trading on NYSE

Minneapolis, Oct. 15 - Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust's 7.375% series B cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock have been admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange, according to a notice.

The notes trade under the symbol "PEI PR B."

Joint bookrunners are Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Pennsylvania REIT is a Philadelphia-based real estate investment trust.
