Pennsylvania HEFA defeases $49.23 million 2007A Slippery Rock bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 27 – The Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority defeased $49.23 million of series 2007A Slippery Rock University Foundation Inc. 5% bonds for the university’s student housing project, according to a notice.

The following defeased bonds will be redeemed on the earlier of maturity or July 1, 2017 at par plus accrued interest:

• $1,105,000 of bonds due July 1, 2016;

• $1.16 million of bonds due July 1, 2017;

• $1.22 million of bonds due July 1, 2018;

• $1.28 million of bonds due July 1, 2019;

• $1,345,000 of bonds due July 1, 2020;

• $1,415,000 of bonds due July 1, 2021;

• $8.19 million of bonds due July 1, 2026;

• $10.46 million of bonds due July 1, 2031; and

• $23,055,000 of bonds due July 1, 2039.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the escrow agent and trustee.
