Fitch rates Pa. higher education bonds AA-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AA- rating to $139 million of Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority revenue bonds, series AH, issued on behalf of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.

The series AH bonds are expected to sell competitively on July 9.

Proceeds will be used to finance campus revitalization projects, fund facilities renovation and construction at several campuses, capitalize interest and pay costs of issuance.

The outlook is stable.
