S&P gives AA+/A-1+ to University of Pa. Health bonds

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA+/A-1+ rating on Pennsylvania Higher Educational Facilities Authority's $105.805 million of series 2008A bonds, issued for University of Pennsylvania Health System, based on an irrevocable, direct-pay letter of credit provided by Bank of America, NA.
