Albert Einstein Healthcare, Pa., gets green light for refunding bonds

New York, April 27 – The Albert Einstein Healthcare Network of Pennsylvania received approval from the Montgomery County Industrial Development Authority and the Pennsylvania Economic Development Financing Authority to offer refunding bonds, according to a statement released Monday by the network.

The offering will be conducted to refund the network’s series 2009A bonds issued through the Pennsylvania Economic Development Authority and series 2010 bonds issued through Montgomery County IDA.

Pricing of the offering is contingent upon market and other factors. No pricing details have been decided at this time.
