New Issue: Pennsylvania comes to market with $1.21 billion G.O. bonds

New York, Aug. 10 – The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania priced $1,208,725,000 of second series 2016 general obligation bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (Aa3/AA-/AA-) were sold competitively.
The bonds are due 2017 to 2036 with 3% to 5% coupons and yields from 0.67% to 3.101%.
Proceeds will be used to finance capital facilities projects.
