Penn Mutual to sell $400 million 40-year notes guided at Treasuries plus 185 bps area

Los Angeles, April 22 – Penn Mutual Life Insurance Co. will price $400 million of notes due April 29, 2061 in the Treasuries plus 185 basis points area, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the bookrunner.

The life insurance company is based in Horsham, Pa.
