PennantPark schedules fixed-income investor calls starting Tuesday

Chicago, Oct. 8 – PennantPark Investment Corp. has scheduled calls with fixed-income investors for Tuesday and Wednesday, according to a 497AD filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Raymond James & Associates, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Inc. and Truist Securities Inc. have arranged the calls.

A transaction may follow subject to market conditions.
