PennantPark to hold fixed-income investor calls on Monday, Tuesday

Chicago, March 15 – PennantPark Floating Rate Capital Ltd. (Egan Jones: BBB) will be holding fixed-income investor calls on Monday and Tuesday, according to a 497AD filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel company and Truist Securities, Inc. were asked to arrange the calls.

A transaction may follow, subject to market conditions.
