By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, March 8 - Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex), Mexico's national oil and natural gas company, is heard to be bringing a local bond offering estimated to total about Ps10 billion, according to a market source.

Citigroup and Santander are expected to emerge as bookrunners on what is anticipated to be a multi-tranche deal, according to the source, who added that another bank is also expected to emerge in the syndicate.

No timing was heard on the deal, the source added.
