Mexico’s Pemex mandates bookrunners for sterling-denominated notes

Atlanta, Dec. 2 – Petroleos Mexicanos SAB de CV has mandated Barclays and HSBC as bookrunners for a sterling-denominated offering of notes, a market source said.

The Regulation S deal could come to the market soon, depending on market conditions.

Pemex is a Mexico City-based petroleum company.
