Pemex holds investor calls for dollar-denominated bond offering

Buffalo, N.Y., Jan. 31 – Petroleos Mexicanos SAB de CV is holding fixed income investor calls that started Monday for a U.S. dollar-denominated offering of notes, according to information from a market source.

Barclays, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., BBVA Securities Inc., Santander Investment Securities Inc., Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. and SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. are the bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A offering.

Pemex is a Mexico City-based oil and gas company.
