Pembina to redeem C$300 million series 23 preferreds on Nov. 15

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 14 – Pembina Pipeline Corp. plans to redeem its 12 million outstanding cumulative redeemable minimum rate reset class A preferred shares, series 23, on Nov. 15, according to a press release.

The preferreds will be redeemed at par of C$25.00 for a total redemption price of C$300 million.

The dividend payable on Nov. 15 to holders of record as of Oct. 31 will be C$0.328125 per share.

Calgary, Alta.-based Pembina Pipeline is a transportation and midstream service provider to the energy industry.
