China’s Peking University guides three-year dollar notes at 5½%

Atlanta, May 28 – China’s Peking University Founder Group Co. Ltd. set talk at 5½% for a dollar-denominated offering of three-year notes, a market source said.

DBS is the bookrunner for the Regulation S notes, which will be issued through Dawn Victor Ltd.

The proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The issuer is a Beijing-based technology conglomerate.
