New Issue: Peking University Founder prices RMB 1.2 billion 5 7/8% notes due 2017 at par

Atlanta, Jan. 9 - China's Peking University Founder Group Co. Ltd. priced RMB 1.2 billion three-year notes at par to yield 5 7/8%, a market source said.

DBS Bank is the bookrunner for the Regulation S notes, which include a change-of-control put at 101%.

The issuer is a Beijing-based technology conglomerate.
