Pegasus does not declare dividend on convertible preferreds

New York, April 28 - Pegasus Communications Corp. said it is not declaring the quarterly dividend payable April 30 on its 6½% series C convertible preferred stock.

Unpaid dividends on the securities accumulate without interest.

The Bala Cynwyd, Pa. company noted that payment of the dividend is at the discretion of its board of directors.
