Pegasus Satellite $250 million nine-year notes talked in 11¼% area

St. Louis, Mo., Dec. 11 - Price talk of a yield in the 11¼% area emerged Tuesday on Pegasus Satellite Communications, Inc.'s offering of $250 million senior notes due Jan. 15, 2010, a syndicate source told Prospect News.

The bookrunner is CIBC Capital Markets with Bear Stearns as joint lead and co-managers Lehman Brothers and Fleet Securities.

The Rule 144A notes (B3/CCC+) will be non-callable for four years and are set to price late Wednesday or early Thursday, the syndicate official said.
