Artis REIT to redeem 5.75% five-year convertibles at par in one month

Chicago, Jan. 26 – Artis Real Estate Investment Trust has issued a redemption notice for its 5.75% five-year series G convertible redeemable unsecured subordinated debentures.

The notes will be redeemed at $1,009.2945 for each $1,000 principal amount on Feb. 28, or par plus accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date, according to a company notice.

Artis is a Winnipeg, Man.-based REIT focused on commercial properties, including office, industrial and retail space.
