Artis REIT plans to redeem all 6% convertibles due 2020 on July 25

Norfolk, Va., June 24 – Artis Real Estate Investment Trust called all of its outstanding 6% 10-year series F convertible redeemable subordinated debentures due June 30, 2020, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed at C$1,004.0984 per C$1,000 principal amount on July 25.

BNY Trust Co. is the trustee.

Artis is a Winnipeg, Man.-based REIT focused on commercial properties, including office, industrial and retail space.
