Artis REIT will redeem all C$86.2 million 6% convertibles due 2020

Norfolk, Va., June 8 – Artis Real Estate Investment Trust plans to redeem all C$86.2 million of its outstanding 6% 10-year series F convertible redeemable unsecured subordinated debentures due June 30, 2020, according to a press release.

The redemption price and date for the 86,170 convertibles has not yet been set.

Artis is a Winnipeg, Man.-based real estate investment trust focused on commercial properties, including office, industrial and retail space.
