DBRS rates Artis REIT debentures BBB

DBRS said it assigned a rating of BBB (low) with a stable trend to the C$125 million 3.753% series A senior unsecured debentures due March 27, 2019 issued by Artis Real Estate Investment Trust.

The bonds are direct senior unsecured obligations of Artis and rank equally with all other unsecured and unsubordinated debt of the company. The net proceeds will be used for debt repayment and for general trust purposes.
