Artis to redeem C$10 million of 5% convertible debentures in put option

Kansas City, Kan., Sept. 19 - Artis Real Estate Investment Trust said holders put C$10 million of its 5% series D convertible debentures, according to a notice.

The debentures will be redeemed on Sept. 21, leaving C$7 million of the debentures outstanding.

The holders' right to cash redemption expired at 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday.

The Winnipeg, Manitoba-based trust holds investments in industrial, retail and office properties in Canada and the United States.
