DBRS gives Artis REIT debentures BBB

DBRS said it assigned a rating of BBB (low) with a negative trend to Artis Real Estate Investment Trust’s C$250 million of 3.824% series D senior unsecured debentures, due Sept. 18, 2023. The rating is based upon the rating on the already-outstanding series of senior unsecured debentures.

DBRS expects the proceeds will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
