Investors sell shares of PC Mall, reduce stake to 1.9%

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 15 - PC Mall Inc. investors led by Value Fund Advisors, LLC and Boston Avenue Capital, LLC sold 566,215 shares of the company's stock between Aug. 29 and Oct. 8 priced from $12.10 to $17.96 each.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors beneficially own 241,473 shares, or 1.9%, of the Torrance, Calif.-based company that specializes in direct marketing of computer hardware and consumer products.

On March 13, 2007, Boston Avenue and Value Fund reported buying 215,828 shares of the company's stock between Feb. 20, 2007 and Feb. 26, 2007 priced from $13.68 to $13.78 for an 8.6% stake in PC Mall. The investors owned 1,054,305 shares of PC Mall at that time, according to a prior SEC filing.
