Moody's affirms Suncor Energy

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the A2 rating of one class of PCC Properties (Calgary) Ltd. and Arci. Ltd., Petro Canada Centre senior secured bonds.

Moody's said the loan performance has been stable due to long-term leases in place to investment grade tenant and is in line with assumptions made at the time of securitization.
