Moody's rates City of Pazardjik Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned Ba3 foreign and domestic currency issuer ratings with stable outlook to the City of Pazardjik.

According to Moody's, the ratings are supported by the city's positive and improving financial performances, but are constrained by its highly limited financial autonomy, which is attributable to the still evolving Bulgarian local governments institutional framework.
