Arthur J. Gallagher heralds $100 million sale of 3.46% notes due 2027

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 1 – Thursday was quiet for private placement news, with only one offering in the market.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. said it settled a $100 million private placement of 3.46% senior unsecured series T notes due 2027 with PGIM, Inc.

Itasca, Ill.-based Arthur J. Gallagher is an insurance brokerage and risk management services company.
