Mexico's Patrimonio to sell Ps. 150 million of 49-day certificados bursatiles

New York, Feb. 15 - Patrimonio SA de CV Sofol said it plans to issue Ps. 150 million of 49-day certificados bursatiles (/mxA-2/) via an auction on Thursday.

The maturity date is April 7, 2006.

Casa de Bolsa Santander SA de CV is the auction agent for the transaction.

The settlement date is Friday. The issue number is 03 in Patrimonio's current certificados bursatiles program.

The issuer, based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, is a mortgage bank.
